| Online Vehicle/Handicap Cart & Lift/Welder Auction Auction items will open in a staggered fashion beginning Saturday, July 16, 2011 and continue until all items are open and active. Items will stay open for bidding over a 10 day period and will start to close on Tuesday July 26, 2011 in the same order in which they opened. When picking up your vehicle(s) you will need to show proof of insurance before the vehicle(s) will be released. INSPECTION DAYS: There will be an inspection day on Saturday July 23, 2011 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. or by special appointment only at the office of Tony Montgomery Realty & Auction Company. The office is located at 540 North Wabasha Ave Plainview, MN 55964. PICKUP TIME Pickup for the winning bidder on the items will be by appointment. Please call to set up a time when you would like to pick up your items after you have been the successful winning bidder. When you pick up your vehicle you will need to show proof of Insurance. PAYMENT TERMS Cash, money order, cashier’s check, wire transfer, and good personal/business checks will be accepted. Funds must be U.S. bankable funds and must be available before items are released. Please make all money orders and checks payable to TMRA Company. BUYER'S FEE 10% ON ALL PURCHASES The buyer will be responsible for payment of 10% to TMRA as an internet buyer's fee on all items sold in the auction SALES TAX: The successful buyer will be responsible to pay the tax, license and registration and any other applicable fees with the state in which you reside. SHIPPING FEE There will be no shipping available on these items. EXTENDED BIDDING Extended bidding time is in effect for this auction. If a bid is placed in the last 2 minutes of an item, the bidding period will be extended for another 5 minutes. If no more bids are placed on the item, the item will close after the 5 minute period. However, if another bid is placed in the last two minutes of that period, the bidding will again be extended and will continue to be extended in that manner until no more bids are placed on the item in the final two minutes of that auction. Other items will continue to close in a normal fashion during that time unless they also jump into extended bidding.
